For account access, memberships, purchases or privacy requests, describe the problem and include your Account ID if available. For an earlier finish purchase, include the invoice number. Never send passwords, card details or session tokens. If you can sign in, the Support page shows your Patreon membership and lets you connect, check or unlink it. Patreon handles membership billing, cancellation and any refund under its policies or applicable law; for earlier finish purchases contact Paddle Buyer Support, their merchant of record. The Account page lets you download your data and delete your account.
To report abuse or unsafe content, use the in-game report button. Select the player, choose a reason and add any details that help explain what happened. Do not include session tokens or private information that is unrelated to the report.
